Mykonos Luxury Villas Rules & Instructions

Here are some top tips and instructions to help you make the most of your stay in our Mykonos Luxury Villas:

- Smoking is allowed, but we would really appreciate it if you could smoke outside on the villa terrace as the smell of smoke may bother other non-smoking guests. Thank you.

- Unfortunately, much as we love them too, we do not allow pets in the villas.

- Please close all windows and doors properly when it’s windy.

- In calm weather, it’s a good idea to use window screens to keep mosquitoes out of indoor areas.

- Daily cleaning is provided when the villa is not occupied at all. (For special occasions please contact the management).

- The Villa house cleaning service includes new linens and towels twice per week. Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.

- We ask you please not to use pool towels at the beach. Most of the organized beaches in Mykonos will provide clean towels.

- Our staff can guide you on how to use the villa washing machines.

- In case of a maintenance problem with your villa, we will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after receiving notification of the issue.

- At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying in the villa to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management.

- Please be respectful to your neighbors. Disturbance to other Villa guests from excessive noise and music is prohibited.

- Although all efforts are made to ensure guest safety within the Villas please observe normal precautions regarding security at all times, guests are responsible for their villa. All guests are advised to secure all their belongings at all times and always lock all the doors and windows when leaving the villa or sleeping. (The lower level door is also your responsibility and always must be locked).

- Under no circumstances may any inside furniture be moved outside.

- All guests using the villa pool do so at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the villa occupants to take due care and ensure that common-sense water safety procedures are observed for children and adults in this private villa home environment. Children must be supervised at all times.
